Th 2016/2017 Junior Speedway Racing Association (JSRA) Metropolitan Junior Sedan Series kicks off this Saturday night as part of the Shannons Fast Racing Series at the Perth Motorplex.
A quality field of 12 Junior Sedan drivers from all over Western Australia will converge on the Motorsport Capital of WA to do battle for the first time at the venue this season.
In great early form this season is Collie’s Jake Avins, who will race the Armstrong Motorsport Daihatsu Charade for the first time and will be one to watch the progress of this Saturday evening. Kalgoorlie’s Jacob Potts will be looking to continue his form at the Perth Motorplex from last season, as will Perth local Mitchell Bosveld.
Broome’s Blake Webb will also be at the pointy end of the field this weekend, as will Jackson Derrick, Blake Fletcher and Geraldton’s Ashley Baker.
