17th December 2009: Super Speedway #2
The second Super Speedway meet of the season, held on 28th November 2009, made it into the Perth Motorplex history books with the closest thing to a Junior Sedan rollover.
After a small pile up on turn two, heat two, Mitchell Connor (#18), much to the crowds amazement managed to avoid rolling by bouncing his roof off the wall. Laura Byrnes (#27) then tried to follow suite but slammed into the wall instead. Both drivers were ok after the incident, but their cars were out for the night.
Some fast paced racing was showcased with Johnny Terriaca (#10) claiming victory for the night followed by Scott Elst (#22) and Jack Alfirevich (#5).
